November & December menu 2022 at Broholm Castle

Broholm Castle's restaurant and kitchen follow the seasons. We get many of the raw materials from local suppliers and enthusiasts, most of whom we have had the privilege of working with for several years.

November and December are Christmas months at Broholm Castle. There are classic Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree in the living rooms and in the kitchen we like to use classic Christmas ingredients such as duck, game and marzipan interpreted with a slightly modern and fresh breath.
