How to find Broholm Castle

From Nyborg
From Nyborg, drive towards Svendborg, after passing Hesselager, turn right at Broholm Hestecenter along Broholmsvej, and Broholm Castle is on the left.

From Odense
From Odense, drive towards Svendborg along the highway Route 9. Turn off at exit 14, Kværndrup. In the first two roundabouts continue towards Kværndrup / Faaborg, until in the next roundabout continue straight along Hovedvejen. Further ahead at the next roundabout, continue along Mullerupvej towards Gudme. After 14 km you drive into the alley to Broholm Castle.

From Svendborg
From Svendborg you drive towards Nyborg, immediately after Oure is Broholm Castle on the left hand side along Broholmsvej.

Kim lives locally. He graduated in 1997 and has worked as a chef ever since. He has been to various Danish restaurants throughout his life. When it is extra busy at Broholm Castle, for example during the summer holidays, Kim helps out in the Reception. He attaches great importance to flexibility and service. "It's not 'just' food. People have to be full at the same time as they get the gourmet experience. You have to remember the human." Kim has therefore also chosen to take the sommelier education, so that he can expand his already great knowledge about wine and spirits, and use it when he also helps to serve guests in the Restaurant. Kim is also there to take a chat when you need to plan your event, party or menu. Among other things, you can see his beautiful wedding cakes in the gallery under the Parties tab.
